Case Study: M&S Food Product Development

In 2015 I developed a range of four fish products and re developed a range of 17 chilled sauces for M&S which launched in October. The Salmon Joint was featured in the M&S Autumn TV commercial, Adventures in Autumn and the Blackstick Blue Cheese Sauce won the Q Award for Chilled Sauces.
